Support following the flooding

As soon as they heard of the terrible flooding in Hebden Royd our twin towns began raising money for donations to the flood relief funds. So far Warstein has donated €2500 and St Pol € 1320. A specific donation of €2000 from St Pol town council has now being donated to help restore the Hebden Bridge Picture House.

Jubilee weekend in Warstein on the 27th to the 30th May 2016 was a great success!

We had a stall at Mytholmroyd Gala on the 25th June with tombola, preserves and information on twinnning. It was not quite as busy as last year - but we still managed to raise £95 and talk to a lot of people about twinning.

Blackshaw Head Fete on the 3rd September was still a positive event for the HBTS despite the truly appalling weather! We really appreciated the fine organisation and the great spirit of the hardy souls who came despite the weather.
