Our friendship towns – with a sustained or developing friendship with the Hebden Bridge area but not yet a formal link.
Located to the south east of Calais between Arras and Montreuil this was Hebden Bridge’s very first twin. Twinning took place in 1979 and links have developed ever since.
Twinned with Hebden Bridge in 1995. Set in the rolling hills and forests of the Sauerland between Dortmund and Kassell it is similar in size and setting to Hebden Bridge.
Located in the south west of the Czech Republic friendship links were established in the 1990s.
Situated in the by Lake Iseo in Brescia, we have been developing friendship links between our towns since 2015. The first cultural exchange took place in August/September 2017
Friendship links developed when Pietrapaola became a twin town of Warstein. It is situated in Calabria on the Ionian Sea.
